Senior Infants at the Zoo

Senior Infants had great fun at the zoo on their school tour.  We have been learning about different zoo animals in school and then got to see them along with many more. We saw so many different animals likes tigers, elephants, zebras, hippopotamus, rhinoceros, antelopes, monkeys, gorillas, penguins, ostriches, parrots, tortoise, snakes, alligators and lizards. We were really close to them. The elephants were having great fun playing in the water. A penguin was sitting on its eggs. We had a lovely picnic and had lots of fun in the playground. We went on a double decker bus. It was good fun sitting on the top floor of the bus. We were very tired coming home. It was a great day.
