Planting Trees in 1st Class
14th Feb 2017
Today the boys and girls in 1st Class helped Pat Hunt plant some oak trees. The children had great fun preparing the ground by using spades and trowels to make a space for each tree. Pat told the children to space out the trees so that they have room to grow. These oak trees can live for 100 hundred years. The children then watered the young trees. Afterwards the children checked in on the guests in the bug hotel. They also noticed that the buds are beginning to appear on the trees.
