Pancake Tuesday!

There was lots of excitement for Pancake Tuesday in Junior Infants! We celebrated by cooking our own pancakes and adding lots of toppings! 🥞 We also had an exciting visit from Pat Hunt, who taught us all about the signs of Spring! 🐣🌷
