GAA Blitz

Congratulations to the boys and girls in 2nd Class who took part in the GAA Football Blitz last Thursday 16th June. The blitz was held in St. Thomas' NS in Jobstown. Ms. Heavey and Ms. Horan brought the children to the event. The team played 3 matches. With only one loss and two fantastic wins the Sacred Heart Team came 3rd in the competition and all received a medal. The whole school are so proud of their brilliant achievement. Thanks to the parents who came along to support the children on the day. Thank you to Ms. Heavey and Ms. Horan for training the children after school every Tuesday. Congratulations boys and girls!!!
