Climate Action Week - Senior Infants

In Ms McDermot’s Senior Infants class we really enjoyed all of the Climate Action Week activities. We read the story of Handa’s Surprise and made art based on the fruit in Handa’s basket. We tasted fruit from around the world, learned about waste and recycling and made a climate action pledge. We finished the week with a great African drumming workshop with Patrick and a scavenger hunt in the school garden!
