Autism Awareness Week - Ms McDermot’s 2nd class

During Autism Awareness Week we read stories and watched videos to help us learn about Autism Spectrum Disorder. We were invited to visit the Den where we played with kinetic sand in the classroom, explored the lights, sounds and textures in the sensory room, climbed and rolled in the exercise room and had great fun on the trampoline, scooters, bikes and wobble board in the hall.
