Active Break Every Day Challenge

This November we are taking part in the Active Break Every Day Challenge.

The challenge lasts for 4 weeks. Every day the whole school takes part in a 10 minute Active Break.

Each day there is a different Active Break to complete.

Indoor and outdoor movement breaks are a great way to restore concentration and have become part of our school day.
