Active & Wellbeing Week in First Class (Ms McDermot)

We had a great week keeping active with soccer, skipping, gymnastics, athletics, hockey, a scavenger hunt and tennis. All of First class played games together in the hall on Thursday. We also focused on our wellbeing with lots of mindfulness, yoga, gratitude and wellness activities. We made worry worms and flowers to help us take calming breaths and read stories about our feelings. A very fun week was had by all!
